What is the difference between a tax preparer and a tax advisory firm?
The difference is proactive planning. A tax preparer records what already happened. We work on fixed annual fees that are agreed with you before any work begins. There is no hourly billing and no surprise invoices. Before you sign up as a client, we learn your situation and give you an exact number.

Yes. Our entire team is U.S. based and we are committed to never offshore your financial information. As a CPA firm we follow the federal privacy and data-protection requirements that apply to financial institutions, including the FTC Safeguards Rule.
